How long does it take to get a solution developed?

That depends on the complexity and project backlog. When a suggestion is submitted you will an email with information about available products that have the features you are requesting, any product currently under development that may address your needs, and / or an estimation on how long it will take to develop a new product to meet your needs.

What is my project is not applicable for general use?

If your suggestions are very specific to your needs and could not be leveraged by other businesses, or your requirements automate your competitive advantage and general distribution would not be possible we can provide a cost estimate for a custom solution that you would own.
